About Brooke (Owner & Massage Therapist)

A resident of Western NC for over 10 years, Brooke is rooted in these Blue Ridge  Mountains. A gracious compassionate being skillful in listening, mindfulness, and creating memorable experiences. Brooke values health, kindness, and happiness. Hobbies include dance, playing outside, yoga, reading and anything that feels nourishing in the moment. A graduate of Western NC School of Massage. Brooke believes that calming the body of its tension helps heal the body of its pain.

About Mindful Massage

Meditation is the practice of just being, not doing. The practice of mindfulness is simply paying attention, without judgement, to whatever is happening. Your custom integrative relaxation massage will utilize a slow mindful pace, variety of pressures, joint mobilization, and long fluid strokes to relieve tension in the mind & body. Along with your massage, your session will include guided meditation to enhance wellness benefits. Together, we will give your body the full attention it deserves.
